We are excited to be wrapping up our new garage project at Westlake.
The final product looks great, with the roof tiles matching the exisiting colour and style of the house and the creation of lots of extra space for our clients.

This week marks the beginning of a new project in Brisbane’s south side suburb of Coorparoo. Phase 1 of the project included the removal of old tiles and underlying concrete in the backyard entertaining area, following by laying down a new slab of concrete for later additions to the areas.
Take a look at the area pre-concrete removal, and the preparations taken prior to laying down a new slab of concrete. Some of these preparations include termite treatment, leveling the ground and strengthening the slab with steel bars.

Keep an eye out for more developments on this project – with renovations being added to various areas of the home, including laundry, new timber flooring, upgrading doors and windows, and a new roof, decking and pool fence for outdoor entertainment area.
ESP Developments has recently begun another project in the suburb of Coorparoo, with the construction of a garage and new entryway.
Progress has already begun through the construction of basic scaffolding for the roof, as well as preparation for a new cement driveway being laid.
