With over 39 years of experience in the building industry, Thomas Esprester, Founder and Director of ESP Developments, has seen his childhood dream grown into a multi award-winning custom home and renovation company. Thomas picked up his first hammer at age 2, and from the start of his apprenticeship at age 15, he has never looked back. From an early age, he observed his father and grandfather’s carpentry skills, learning about quality workmanship, unique design features and attention to detail. When he’s not helping clients build their dream family homes, he is spending time with his own family, camping, travelling and motorbike riding.
Established in 1988, ESP Developments has completed a variety of projects within Brisbane and South-East Queensland. Our company philosophies of professionalism and quality workmanship have been rewarded over the years with a number of Queensland Master Builders’ awards.
