The installation of the infamous hot tub continues this week, with the team installing the interior lining of the hot tub, constructing a small side deck adjoining the hot tub and existing entertaining deck area in the backyard, and setting out posts in preparation to construct security screening around the large hot tub.

This week the team at ESP Developments began a new project at Taringa. The project brief was to demolish the existing bathroom and construct a new bathroom in its place, as well as the construction of another bathroom.

It was all hands on deck yesterday here at ESP Developments! It took ESP Developments’ director, foreman, apprentice and even the team’s mechanical dingo to move the hot tub from the side of a home into the backyard to be positioned on a concrete slab created last week. Keep an eye out for more progress as a deck and privacy screens are created around the large hot tub.
